That would be great Robert. Thanks Don. I’ll wait to see what happens this fall.
That would be Greenheart Farms - they bought Nor’East.

I have been looking for plants or seeds of rosa persica or it’s hybrids (yellow flowered with the red blotch type like Edward Hyams) for more then 5 years with absolutely no sucess what-so-ever and I just stumbled onto this forum while googleing. Is Rosa Persica or are any of it’s yellow flowered hybrids commercially available in Canada or able to be shipped bare root into Canada?
We have an import law prohibiting plants with soil or soil-less type media being imported but it does allow bare root plants with health certificates. Seeds are exempt from restrictions and can enter Canada freely without any problems.
If anyone here knows how I can get my hands on Rosa Persica or it’s hybrids or seeds of either I’d appreciate it. Thanks.
Sincerely, Catherine.
Pickering nursery in Canada has four of them. Just type in Persian in the search engine and they will come up. Also NorEast minature roses in Calif. has some. Good Luck.

I just discovered this and placed an order for them! Guess I will get to play with them after all.
