My crosses (Germinating in 2026)!

This seedling is instant-compost! Even from double parents, pink & single? No thank you.

I had a small handful of germinations from (Roller Coaster x Karl Herbst), and this is the first to bloom from the 3 surviving seedlings. Another is in bud. Pretty stoked about this cross, all three seem to be minis. This is the smallest of the plants, and a very cute little flower.

My experimental triploid-cross of (Night Owl x Danäe). I was charmed by the first to bloom of only two seedlings, a lavendery-pink single, and even more excited for this one! Deep purple tones on hot pink?! Fat bud, so hopefully many-petalled. Will it be fragrant?

It’s BEAUTIFUL!! I tipped the whole box to bring it close to my nose, but didn’t notice a scent; maybe when it’s warmer this afternoon? #StayTooned

First bud spotted in a row of seedlings from my cross of (Antike ‘89 x Roller Coaster). I was beginning to give up hope that they’d flower this season, and blaming the climbing-parentage.

(Roller Coaster x Karl Herbst) I am a bit disappointed with this flower. Yay stripes, but just five petals, and that’s a BIG white eye. Not really my style or goal. Maybe I’ll try the cross again next year.

Sept 3rd Edit: it was culled. Another has a bud!!
