The One That Got Away

I developed a rose r. c. Corifolia Froebelii (the English rootstock) x r. Carolina and it was listed by the IRAR years ago. 2012. All the plants have been destroyed or lost. So I requested it be removed. It went under the name, Billy Boi.
I bring this up because it was tip hardy in zone 4b. I had a graceful cascading habit. The kind Graham Stuart was fond of in his writings. I no longer have the space to do it again. But it is worth being pursued.

Was the pollen parent R. arkansana or R. carolina? HMF lists R. carolina.

At any rate, I hate to hear that this one is extinct. It was gorgeous!
