One more thing from the previous season. I love this shrub. It is bursting with gentle white flowers with the note of rosecoloured of cream blush. The petals are soft to the touch and strongly smell of myrrh. The rose bush is extremely healthy and remain 'resistance to fungal diseases. It is as well strongly upright rose briskly with shining green leaves.
Here is my ETRIB-11-01 which is Ebb Tide x Rhapsody in Blue. It’s a really nice smoky purple with russet/red purple reverse, good disease resistance and more vigorous growth than ET. I’m really thrilled with how this one turned out
Sorry Rob for wording it wrong,it is not a seedling, it is plant material imported, budded and trialed in different locations, from Weeks by their agent here.
This one is my WGAL-10-01 which is Westerland x (Golden Angel x L83). It’s dark red in bud and opens to a very nice two-toned, double, orange/pink blend with a cream/light pink blend on the reverse. The plant is disease free in my garden. It’s a lax growing small shrub with patio sized blooms and leaves. I think it has promise as a breeder.
First bloom on my PSC-12-01 which is Oso Easy Paprika x Strawberry Cream (Byrnes, Miniature) a 1.5" semi-double (9 petals), medium pink with yellow stripes, streaks and specks and a darker pink with white stripes, streaks and specs on the reverse. Nice scent and resistance is good so far.
