This rose (as well as its parent “Orange Surprise”) strikes me as an extremely intriguing one for breeding (particularly in view of my personal interests.) A repeat-blooming, diploid, saturated yellow is a rarity.
Anybody have experience with seedlings from this rose, and/or know of sources?
Larry shared a start of Orange Surprise about a decade ago, and I was honestly quite pleasantly surprised with its relative health. (Alas, I no longer have it…)
