These ‘Kew Gardens’ grow a lot of dense, slender branchlets with very small, distorted leaves. So what’s wrong with them? Because of weather is extremely hot (more than 35℃ for more than a month)? or they are all virused? All ‘Kew Gardens’ show this symptom but none of other varieties (even ones nearby) have anysimilar symptom. And the flowers seems normal.

Looks a bit like thrips or chili thrips to me, personally. If your climate gets cool enough, normal growth will likely occur in spring until temps rise again.
