Impressive contrasts. What was the coldest night last winter? If those all grew back from roots, they have really impressive vigor.
Thanks for the video tour Joe. It’s great to see what you are getting from FIVI3. Vigor for sure! I’m still using FIVI3 and hope to develop something interesting down here. This past season I focused on crossing it with hardy Canadian varieties.

I’m not sure what the low temp was, Larry. Something colder than -20 F and not colder than -30 F. Most of these had some visible live wood above the ground, but probably not more than 6 inches.
Yes, Kim and Rob, I’m super lucky to have this field space! Not to mention my dad does all the cultivating and I have guys to pull weeds.
