Very Pale Lime Green Seedling

I have about 200 seedlings with flower buds on them which should open within a week or so and about 400 seedlings very small. One of them is Honey bouquet X Brass Band and is a very pale lime green, looks like no clorophyll. surely it will not survive without clorophyll or will it. Anyone come accross this before?

Sometimes in such seedlings the first true leaf will come in with chlorophyll. If it does, the seedling may be OK. If it doesn’t, there’s no need to keep the seedling.
