Striped Rugosa's

Having just read the Grossi article that David was kind enough to send me (see link), I was surprised to see a Gallica “Gros Provins Panache” listed as diploid.

This rose is a pink and white striped Gallica, and may well be of interest to people working on striped rugosas.

The authors named the supplier of their roses in this study, the French nursery, Roseraie P. Guillot.

Think I may be placing an order for a few of the diploids from the study. Quite a few surprises there.

Take care,

Jinks
