There are disease problems in the hybrid bracteatas. It’s sad but true. Of course nothing is perfect.
Yes, you allready mentioned it, but I remember the same problems with Rosa multiflora.
A lot of the seedlings got powdery mildew.
Its up to the genotypes to knock out that problem from the beginning.
