I have seen it’s flower, but another bud come out now. Should I cut the bud for the vegetative growth?

If you want the plant to put its energy into vegetative growth, sure–disbud it. When I’m rooting cuttings and want to keep them growing as much as possible, I disbud. After all, I already know that I am going to keep the plant. If it’s a seedling that I am not sure I want to keep, I let it bloom again. If the plant is growing vigorously, the flowering will decrease growth only a little, and I’d rather be sure I really want to keep the plant. So–do what serves your interests: either increase the growth slightly, or look at a second flower.

Thanks for suggestion, Peter. I want to keep this seeding so I will disbud for vegetative growth.
