Anyone who grows any of these have any advice or ideas regarding crosses? I am going to try to cross Diane with the yellow carolina hybrid that I obtained from jbergeson

April Moon worked quite well for me as seed parent (the only way I’ve tried it). Being a fertile triploid, it helped pass on crested sepals from one of Ralph Moore’s crested seedling. It created 'April Mooncrest' Rose , which, in turn, I used to created First Impression X April Mooncrest. 'FIAPMC' Rose , April Mooncrest X Pookah 'April Mooncrest X Pookah' Rose and Shades of Pernet. 'Shades of Pernet' Rose You might also take a look at Prairie Harvest 'Prairie Harvest' Rose ; Prairie Star https://www.helpmefind.com/gardening/l.php?l=2.4948 ; Barn Dance 'Barn Dance' Rose as they are also potentially useful fertile triploids.

Fires of Alamo is sort of a self contained Dortmund - it has produced op hips so nicely fertile. Roemer’s Hip Happy has produced op offspring that are similarly prickle free or close. It is also very resistant to black spot here in central GA.
