I would like to register a rose and would like to know if there is a fee to do so. I looked at the instructions on ICRA website but didn’t see a registration fee. I also called the ARS but they must be very busy with all the recent activity of the website and election. I am hoping someone here can respond. Thanks for your help.
As far as I know, there is still no fee for registering a new rose cultivar.
