Need help IDing this rose

Rose in question is a huge bush which has been pruned into a hedge. The flowers are smallish have a damask-like fragrance.

One of the “Banshee” clan of roses. (My guess is there have been mutations that have resulted in variation in the number of petals) Does it tend to ball in cool, wet weather? If yes, the it’s almost certainly “Banshee”.

Thanks for your help. After doing more research I am now pretty sure my rose is r. Californica plena.
