My OP Buttermint seedling

To say the least this year was a disaster for my roses. The one bright spot is last years seedling from Buttermint, a Ralph Moore mini yellow.

This OP seedling from Buttermint has a a more intense yellow bloom and the foliage is cleaner and bushier.

Very nice, clear color! Not surprised that the plant is bushier than ‘Buttermint’, which tends to be very upright and sparse in growth, I feel. I hope it continues to prosper for you.

I did get two seedlings from the ‘Closer to Heaven’ hips you gave me. Nothing remarkable yet, but it’s a start.

It’s lovely and it seems to hold it’s color very well as it ages.
