Monsieur Tillier - sterile?

The stamens on this rose look really odd to me - I don’t see how I could use it unless I just shook pollen over it. Is it sterile? Can you identify a sterile rose by looking at it?

Andrea,

Mons. Tillier is fertile both as seed parent and as a pollen parent. I don’t think you can tell a sterile rose by looking at it.
