Hi everyone, can someone please advise? I paid for membership, and for the instruction manuals part one and two, but they never arrived. This was over a year ago, but now that membership page is under maintenance for months already. Who can I contact to get the information books?

I think the membership portal has been “under maintenance” for longer than a year at this point, since that’s how long I’ve lurked here and I’ve never the portal NOT under maintenance.
I paid around the same time and neither received hard copies. I did get the digital downloads and access to download the other material
