Looking for a British or European breeder who might be able to provide naming rights to new parents

I’ve been contacted through HMF by a gracious young lady from Worcestershire, United Kingdom about a rose I bred and a friend named for her new grand child. This person and her husband are adopting a pair of twins and she was delighted my rose bore the name of one of her twins. Unfortunately, I can’t supply a rose to the UK, but perhaps someone here may have a pair of seedlings they feel may have garden worthiness and may wish to help insure their enjoyment by permitting these new parents permission to name them for their new babies and provide them plants of the roses, please? I wish it was easier for me to help provide her the requested rose but exporting to Europe isn’t as easy as it once was. Hopefully someone with greater access to the UK market has seedlings they would kindly allow her to name for her new twins. I appreciate any consideration and kindness you can provide. Thank you! Kim
