I can’t find much of anything about this rose so I assume it is not fertile. Does anyone know? Thanks

I doubt ‘J.P. Connell’ is very fertile as a pistillate parent. It may have fertility as a staminate parent. I never think of using it. It’s not a high quality rose. In fact, Dr. Svejda didn’t want to introduce it. But she was asked to name a rose for a retiring Canadian government bureaucrat.
