Last autumn I bought several unknown roses from a local online store. They are very similar to ‘Yvonne Rabier’, Are they really this variety?

I’m interested in breeding diploid Polyanthas, is this variety worth to use? I found slight blackspot when I received them. Anyone have experience on this variety?

It looks like it could be comparing your pictures with the one at Sangerhausen at Rosarium Europa. The leaflets are long and the thorns look comparable for shape and color and density in general. I lost my plant years ago because it was a little bit less than hardy enough for here in zone 4. It did get a little more black spot than one would want. I love that it has relatively large flowers for a polyantha and that the plant habit is nice and mounded and less stretchy panicle shaped flower clusters like most R. wichurana and R. multiflora based polyanthas.
