This rose was in my daughter’s yard years ago. The blooms are about 3", mildly fragrant. It was about 6-8 ft. and not alot of thorns.

It’s beautiful, very good photo!
It has the look of Dr Svejda’s work about it. She bred roses for Agriculture Canada for decades, and some of her creations are very popular in hard-winter climates.
But you didn’t mention where it grew.
She lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Her Dad found it in a pot at a very old house.
I think it could be a flower carpet pink supreme rose, but I’m not sure.
