Hi again, from me, David, question time. I have read the article about Bill Radler in the Fall2011 newsletter by Joe Bergeson(great story Joe). Where do I find Bill’s germination technique, I understand it is in the newsletter of Winter 2010, HELP, thanks in advance David.

No I do not Betsy, I have only been a member for a few months(2 newsletters. Any other way to read the article. Thanks David.
