15C-11 is a cross of seed parent Coronation (Harkness) X Rosa Bhutan (Clements) pollen parent. Bloomed from a cutting after two years. The plant is 7 ft high, blooms 3", light yellow, fades to lighter yellow in the sun.
4E-11 is a cross of seed parent Shock Wave (Cv.WEKgeojolo) X Rosa Bhutan (Clements) pollen parent. Bright golden yellow like Midas Touch color. 3" bloom. No fading. The wiry bush is 2-3 ft high. Has about 10 blooms.
The Rosa Bhutan took 3 years to bloom from a cutting. I had trimmed it slightly the first winter, and the third year it produced a great bloom. I cut it way back by half from 12 ft tall this winter. Not a single bloom on it this year. Doesn’t like being cut back. Still healthy and growing strong.
