Hello to all!
Today surprised me a completely unexpected germinated seedling from last season. I had already written off this batch in my mind.
Unfortunately, the hypocotyl is broken and only connected at one small end. The sap flow still seems to be working. However, it should be placed in a substrate at some point. I have had little luck with the few operations in this direction so far and the whole thing went completely to pieces. This seedling would have some interest to me. Recommendations are very appreciated. Many thanks!
I would just be extremely gentle as you place the seedling into a substrate–don’t grip it hard, but just lift it to a container with pre-moistened medium and a small, pre-drilled hole for the root. It doesn’t look too badly damaged, so it might not be affected much. I know that others have had luck rooting small, just-germinated seedlings, but my recommendation would be to get the root end into substrate and leave the broken part above, ideally under artificial lighting. After planting I would moisten the seedling to ensure good root-end contact with the substrate (using a hard mist or a very fine jet of water from a mister directed at the base), and then I would loosely tent it with a clear plastic or glass cover–probably not sealed–and place it under lighting.

Thank you very much for your help! I followed your advice and tried my luck. After potting the ends are still somewhat connected. Maybe it will work.
