My mom gave me a rose she has had since 1950. She said the name is Contessa de Santiago. I did some research and found a rose that looks like this one, but with the name Condesa de S

There doesn’t appear to be a rose named ‘Contessa de Santiago’ so I think you are on the right track with ‘Condesa de Sastago’.
