One of the important identifying features of Downy Mildew is that it does not cross the vein barriers on the leaf. In other words, it remains solely between the vein structures. What you have is not Downy Mildew, but more likely Blackspot in an early stage.
Black spot would be my guess as well. Luckily, it doesn’t usually get too much more significant than that on ‘Lykkefund’ before the leaves self-destruct and shed from the plant. If you aren’t plagued by excessive cane borers, the plant usually keeps enough leaves coming on new growth to sustain itself just fine.
