Last summer, I have pollinated three Caroyal flowers and I have harvested three fruits with thirteen seeds total. Finally six germinations occurred but only three have survived. Among these three young seven weeks old germinations survivors, two have unexpected vigour but the third will probably discarded. I thought to have more rugosa influence from Caroyal, but I am very surprise to see the smooth, shiny and mat foliage. I am very happy with this cross, and now I am waiting for form and color of the flowers but, not before next year probably?!

It is my pleasure Margit. As it seems to have similar foliage of J5, I cross my fingers for better disease resistance for it.
