Most interesting, and I LOVE the Canadian mention! I also live on Vancouver Island and have visited Government House and it’s rose garden many times.

(I do feel compelled to note that the most credible ‘Hume’s Blush Tea-scented China’ candidate[s] in North America is/are actually dead ringers for Redouté’s illustration.)
