Now that I have visited Jim Sprouls’ site and read that there is an ARS spring convention here in San Diego, I was wondering if the RHA is planning a meeting or anything of the like? It is coming up soon during a very busy period.
The RHA will be having a meeting at the convention on Monday May 12th from 11 - 12 am, according to the schedule. The program will be by our General Director, Jim Sproul, who will be talking about his hybridizing program. Although I will be unable to attend due to some medical scheduling, I do hope that many of you can be there. The RHA has held a meeting in conjunction with the ARS conventions for many years. The first one I attended at a convention was in San Diego, when they hosted the convention in 1994.

John, thank you for the info. I remember attending the ‘rose show’ part of the convention and at that point in time had never heard of the RHA.
I have an update for the ARS Spring Convention in San Diego regarding the RHA meeting. Instead of meeting on Monday, we will be meeting on Saturday from 2-3PM. Hopefully, this will allow more people to attend since convention numbers tend to dwindle down by Monday. I hope that many of you can attend! It should be a very nice convention.
