This season brought me so many germinations that I don’t want them all. I’m giving away over 50 seedlings (from my least favorite seed parents) to a local STEM elementary school as a “sunny window project ." Though I have a suburban yard, I keep very few roses in it – the rest is xeriscape. Our region in N. Colorado is semi-arid, with unusually bad drought conditions looming already this season. So I make like a cuckoo bird and mostly let others care for my babies. I keep only my favorites.
