Squirrels and rabbits are diabolical. I have lost so many hips (and they seem to prefer specific crosses to OP). Is there a recipe including dried rose hips or rose buds and squirrel? I think that might start to make me feel a little better.
A friend told me a long time ago, the reason why the rodents eat the hips with tags is they like “menus”. It’s much like when the bloody snails ONLY eat the side of the paper string tag with the graphite on it. Not the plain one, the INFORMATION. Danged vermin.
