Why is it that they are many fruit (citrus) tree chimeras, yet roses have not produced a single chimera, or at least a known one? Shouldn’t there be a Dr. Huey, or R. multiflora chimera with characteristics of the grafted parent? You know; Queen Elizabeth with some Dr. Huey in it… Anyone know of one, or know an article relating to this topic?
