It won’t be until next year mine will be big enough to work with in earnest, but I picked Winner’s Circle for pretty much all the reasons you’ve listed, aside from fragrance. It’s a Knock Out adjacent triploid climber that is evidently quite fertile. What little pollen I’ve used from it has set some large hips. Most importantly for me, it is capable of creating healthy species hybrids, as seen with Tom Silvers’ palustris x WC clone.
It’s not a climber, but Sweet Spirit has a lot of potential for health, fragrance, and rebloom. It’s a hybrid tea/knock out cross that managed to inherit the best of both its parents. I am growing three selfed seedlings from it that are all extremely healthy and fragrant. The strongest one is constantly pushing out blooms and new growth, even in the dead heat of summer. It got some mildew this spring, but I have yet to see a single leaf develop blackspot. The bloom itself is rather plain, especially compared to Sweet Spirit itself, but I think it’ll make for a good stepping stone.
Neither of them check all of your boxes, but we’re in similar climates so I figured I’d mention them.
