I’m having a dickens of a time locating this rose. R. Hugonis flore plena Might someone here either grow it or know where I might beg some suckers, please? Vintage has it as Custom Root. The few I know who grew it, have lost it. Cirumstantial evidence is pointing me to believe it might possibly be one of the Van Fleet Hugonis hybrids, but I want to grow it and compare it with Dr. Mills when it comes out of quarantine.
