I have added the number of seeds found to the information of the successful summer 2004 crosses. As the seeds germinate, I will add that information also.
Of particular interest to me is that the suspected rugosa tetraploid, Sir Thomas Lipton, gave a good number of seeds with tetraploid pollen. However, in the one case where it was used as a pollen parent (with Illusion as seed parent) it gave zero seeds. It may be that the zero seeds is due to the late date of pollination - 8-8-04.
