I am looking for places where seeds for New Dawn Rose can be procured. I would be most grateful if you could refer some online websites that would ship to LA or California.
I would also appreciate if you could share your thoughts on the New Dawn Rose plants prospects in a tropical country like India.

New Dawn is a very popular rose world wide, you can most likely find it in India. Seeds of New Dawn will only give you distinct hybrids of New Dawn. What I am trying to say is that you will get a completly different rose if you grow a seedling of New Dawn. I have seen New Dawn in Mexico City, a place moderately hot not humid place, and it seems to grow fine.
I’m not sure about the rules of importing and exporting roses to India. Sad really because I’ve heard some of the Indian breed roses are really outstanding.
