It seems to be a race between two Remembrance x Double Red Knock Out seedlings. They seem to have picked up the branching and shorter internode qualities of Remembrance and the leaf-iness of Double Red Knock Out. Even the sepals have a leaf set. I still think Remembrance would be helpful to northern breeders as a way to retain a rose that can restrain size, give hardiness better than most red floribundas, and give healthy scarlet and orange colors. It would be beneficial to southern breeders because the bloom resist UV and the plant can restrain growth of some of the giants down there.
