Has anyone worked with this Erskine rose? Is it fertile both ways? Prone to disease? Strength of rebloom?

‘Betty Will’ is fertile both ways. It sets open pollinated hips very well. The semi-double flowers are similar in size and colour to ‘Therese Bugnet’, but they have better repeat bloom and the shrub is more compact. The canes are much more thornier though. Should be used more in breeding with other Rugosas.
